Text Box: Unity offers a full range of pastoral care, from traditional services such as baptisms, christening, weddings, communion, memorial services, and funerals to special services such as counseling, prayer treatments, or hospital or home visits. Unity’s counseling is truly “spiritual” in that it helps the individual find the power within himself or herself—there own Christ within. Unity counseling deals with taking remedial action at the root or cause of the problem or personal challenge, rather than trying to modify the effects or symptoms. This is why Unity counseling is so effective. Every effort is made to understand the real nature or root cause of a problem or challenge. Then specific prayer is prescribed for meeting and conquering the cause of the challenge. Fellowship: Through Unity a person finds a constructive, joyous way of life and positive people that support it. There is a certain thrill that comes through being associated with people of like mind. Jesus said: “Where two or more gather in my name, I am in the midst of them”. At services, classes, and fellowship activities, you have the opportunity to share Truth ideas and to build healthy relationships that stimulate your spiritual growth. Often, lasting and mutually beneficial friendships develop. Also, new interests are cultivated. Your life becomes all that God intended it to be. As you become a more vital part of Unity through your membership, you find a renewal and joy that makes you into a new being. “Be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, that after God hath been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.” Behold how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

Our mission is to teach and share the spiritual principles of love, prosperity, happiness, and successful living with as many people as we possibly can. The teachings of One Spirit Ministries is based on Truth as expressed in Unity and Religious Science (Science of Mind) , the great scriptures of the world religions, wisdom of the ages, and revelations of God-realized souls, with the greatest teacher of all times being Jesus Christ.

We Believe: 1) the Absolute has many names—Universal Intelligence, God or Goddess, One Spirit, Infinite Mind, Higher Power, Divine Presence, Source, and Substance of all this is, living and non-living; 2) the One Spirit is also the Soul of every soul— we are eternal and godlike at the level of our true selves; 3) God is Unity; 4) it is done unto us as we believe and we can change our beliefs, that Heaven is a state of mind that we can attain now; 5) God is our unlimited source and supply for all and only wants the best of us; 6) God’s will for us is eternal bliss, love, healthy, abundance, prosperity and good fortune; 7) God has given us the formulas for spiritual and material success which we call the Laws of Successful Living; 8) we are responsible for our own spiritual growth and we look within ourselves for answers since we are each the architects of our own lives by what we desire, believe, think, say and do; 9) prayer and the power of God can accomplish anything as all is possible with God; 10) We always get another chance to succeed and attain our heartfelt desires and goals; and 11) Many paths lead to God and we uphold religious freedom and support the right of every person to worship and believe as they choose.
