I've gathered from your email that some of you find reversed cards especially difficult to understand. So, I've rewritten lesson 17 to help with this problem (I hope). I tried to put reversed cards into a broader context and make their relationship to upright cards a little clearer. Thanks to all who wrote me. I've learned so much from your messages.
I removed the reversed section from *all 78* card description pages and replaced it with a "Reversed?" link at the top of each page (which points to the same location). I also made minor related changes to these files:
less8.htm, less11.htm, less13.htm, exer2.htm, exer13.htm, howcard.htm, opsteps.htm, otsteps.htm, qsteps.htm.
This file was deleted: revact.htm.
These image files were added: sinewave.gif, sunmoon.gif, maj03rs.gif, maj18rs.gif, maj19rs.gif, c3rs.gif, p3rs.gif, w7rs.gif.
- If you want to download JUST these new images, they have been put into a separate third zip file called "taroimg2.zip. See get.htm."

I've redone the reversed section for all the card pages. I began to feel that using the word NOT with the meanings from the upright section was too misleading and not very helpful. Now the emphasis is on how the "energy" of the card (as upright) is blocked or frustrated when the card is reversed. See Lesson 17 for a complete explanation.

I've decided to discontinue the Reading of the Month feature so that I can concentrate on finishing the parts of the course that aren't yet done (those pesky construction areas). Also it seemed too artificial to force a reading every month, and it was getting hard to think of ideas that would have general appeal (even to my international readers.). I've moved the old readings to a sample readings section and may add to these from time to time. I also added descriptions for the 2 of Cups, 3 of Cups and 4 of Cups. The Opposing and Reinforcing suggestions are all completed for all cards as well.
