If you are not currently working at or with a church, center, outreach ministry, hospice, chaplancy, or study group and wish ordination following graduation from a seminary or college with a degree in Theology, Divinity, Pastoral Management or a similar degree the Ordination Committee can waive some of the above requirements.

In applying for ordination through the Federation, I hereby execute the oath of the Federation and understand and agree as follows:
1) To permit the Federation to use my social security number in my Federation records as a membership identification number and to obtain background information on me from any person, corporation, or government agency (local, state or federal) to be used to determine ordination eligibility;
2) that if my ordination eligibility is questioned or denied, I will be notified the reasons why;
3) that prior to a final decision on my ordination eligibility, I will have an opportunity to submit documentary evidence on my behalf; and
4) that Federation ordination is a privilege and not a right and the Federation’s decision on my ordination eligibility is final.
